Balloon “Name Initial”Tower

Pretty balloon tower with 1 initial on front (you choose) and butterfly on heart. You choose colors you’d like to use. Will be 4 quads high. On very top is the smaller tri balloons that will have heart  balloon in middle. You choose which colors to use or it can be the exact same color as photo. Very pretty!
